Cruisin' The Cape

Head east to the end of SR 50 in Titusville for another great ride!

SR50 east out of Orlando, all the way to Titusville, just after I-95.  Take 405 north to 5 and then over the A. Max Brewer Memorial Pkwy to Merritt Island, watch for the National Seashore signs, go east till you hit the beach. 

There is a section called Playalinda Beach along there that is stunningly beautiful.  Very cool unspoiled beach, very very cool back drop with the launch pads in view, just awesome. There are a series of five beach parking areas, go early because they fill up early on the nice days....

Thrillin' In Trilby

CR 575 offers some excellent riding, dropping south off SR 50, crossing US301 ans SR98 before coming to CR41 an CR541 north back to SR 50 in Spring Lake.

What a treat today, my first time through this area.  I've been all around it, on 98, 301, and 50, but going down CR 575 is an entirely different ride.  Sweeping curves, changing elevations, beautiful vistas....just awesome.  My new favorite riding spot, at least until the next new favorite riding spot.

Withlacoochee, Lacoochee, Trilby, and Trilacoochee.  It's all good in the Coochee's.
